Happy October! Fall is in full force here in Colorado, and all week we had heard that the fall foliage would be peaking the weekend of October 1-2. If you remember, we headed north last weekend to the Rocky Mountain National Park. This weekend, we decided to head south via the Top of the Rockies Byway.

This route took us past Copper Mountain and through Leadville, then we headed back north to Minturn and ended up in Vail, where we stopped for dinner before heading back home.
